Gosh, this was how I woke up on the weekend. 1st Article on Sunday 26th March 2023. There is nothing like really knowing how tough the market is and you know your sellers and your buyers are getting the same articles on their Google Newsfeeds.

But How Many Sales This Weekend In Spite Of My Google Newsfeed?
To be honest, and speaking for myself, 3 sales this weekend. The first was a small sale in Bromhof. And guess what it was sold in 8 days flat for the 2nd highest price in the complex, ever. The 2nd and the 3rd are in Sundowner and Broadacres.
