The 4 things that make us better or if you want to use a bigger word, differentiate are:

Let’s run through the technology factor that makes our estate agents, well there on time
Doing more with less in a tough market is priorty number 1. The tech allows you in a few clicks to customize your approach in your way. If you like being in the right place at the right time, with the right info then our KW CRM platform(s) are the bomb. If you want regular you work on My Edge. If you want bells and whistles then you work on KW Command. All are fully integrated and conveniently located on your phone. Run your business from your phone. The campaigns that keep you connected with your clients are absolutely stunning. They don’t just look good but they deliver, for me at least 1 new listing a month. Hmmm… Need to recraft my strategy to turn 1 into 2. My business is automated and I have made sure my campaigns nurture the valuations I have done that are not quite ready to sell. My business is also automated to support a new listing. Are you not tired of running your mental checklist every single time you get a new listing? Then you know, it gets busy and you kinda forget. Not with KW Command. My clients love that I am on the ball and my service is amazing. I will punt the KW technology until the cows come home.
Next up is the KW CAP that gets our estate agents to a 92/8
I have been told not many people get this. Every time you pay 30% of your split to your agency of the 70/30. Those little 30%’s add up. When in 12 months that value reaches R140,000, you CAP. Simply you go from a 70/30 to a 92/8. It’s real and I know because I CAPPED. I did have a wobble for all the wrong reasons but my sights are set to CAP in June 2024. Then I work to my next cap so trust me I am building up steam to ensure I CAP quickly after June 2024. Please once the penny drops and you realise you are working for yourself and not your agency the lights seriously go on. Happy to explain this if I need to. It’s amazing when you are working on your numbers and the jump between a 70/30 and a 92/8 is just phenomenal.
The KW culture that’s our moral compass
I love that it’s just good old-fashioned good. No bells no whistles. It’s ultimately about you the estate agent working in a tough industry in a tough market. The culture is good and if it’s not a win-win it will not fly. You are totally empowered to make your own decisions that will make your business thrive. There are no areas or any restrictions and certainly no restraint of trade. The culture is good and it’s honest and it’s open. I love that you can see how far you are to CAPPING and you can see what KW Select has earned off your efforts. It’s totally transparent.

Totally relevant to SA and the training and the sharing across the world is free and just waiting for you. Trends, pain points opportunities to grow and self-growth and self-mastery. The training is phenomenal and comes in all shapes and forms. The tech training is done every Thursday by Ronald and it’s online so no travelling and sitting in a classroom. Some training like Ignite is best done face to face and it’s a practical way of going through what’s working how to fix it, what you can do to make it work for you and of course best practices from around the world. We go at your pace and we have plenty of time for questions and discussion.
