- Weekly agent growth call – these are sessions you hop onto online. Learn from the very best in the world how and what they are doing and what results they are getting to show for it. These sessions are interactive and wow, talk about leapfrog learning. It’s brilliant and a range of different topics are covered every week from all around the world.
- How to use the property portals and set up your social media – Presented by Ana who is a sharp little shooter and doing really well on social media. Ana is young and savvy with her tech and she has tips that all of us would like to learn from.
- Budget training – Running your own business as an estate agent is easier than you think. There are 4 proven business models that you can leverage. Pick one, go hard and use all the boundaries and markers to build and run a successful real estate business.
- Ignite Training – Presented by our top agents within KW Select, you get the very best insights into what is going on in Randburg and how the top agents are doing it. Also, the world-class aspect of what is working globally as well as practical feedback, tips and animated discussion about “but when if”. Everything is tailored to what you need from a session and feedback on what is world-class and what is not is covered. We all learn something from Ignite and every time you attend this session you will take something different out. Loads of AHA’s in this session and practical stuff that you can use to grow your business. - Client presentations – Win more mandates with the very best presentation to your seller. All the documents we share and talk you through are placed on a drive. You can download and add your own flavour and make your business happen. Win more mandates is also the end result of a solid presentation that presents you as knowledgeable and in tune with the current market.
- Show house versus appointments – Never too old to learn what is happening in Randburg and what’s not happening in Randburg and how to approach your business knowing what the current market is doing.
- Documents –Navigating the reams of info we need all through the process. Corine helps you navigate what you need and how to keep it in line with current legislation and company policy. May seem like a simple thing but some people need help and it certainly can save you storage on your laptop because buying space just lifts your costs again and eats your profit as a seasoned estate agent.
- Scripts and role-play – Presented by Rory and trust me he is seasoned. Quite a few listings too so when it comes to all sorts of objections Keller Williams has the best guide and a great way to address objections. Not the Verimark type but the type that builds trust and leverages your honesty and integrity.
- After-sales service – Presented by Ashley this part is crucial. How do you brush up and polish your after-sales service? After all, referrals is what we are all going for so if we do it right every single time our clients will recommend us to their friends and family members.
- CMA – How to prepare one and certainly take into account the current market. Barbie and Wicus from Team Victors present this training and trust me these are seasoned agents with a great track record and great commission to show for it. Get it right with the latest tools to get your CMA’s to help you win more mandates.
- How to determine a property value – Corine and trust me as a seasoned estate agent Corine has seen a few markets in her day. Find out how we are managing the current property market and start planning for the next change because it’s coming and we would like you be ready.
- Mad Hatter Fridays – Run by Ashley our Team Leader and this is specifically a session to get you into lead generation mode. Some crazy stuff to keep your juices flowing and to keep you motivated with the most important part of what you do as an estate agent, and that’s lead generation.
- PPRA Code of Conduct – Presented by Rory who is seasoned and again with quite a few listings to boast about. Navigating and respecting the code of conduct is essential in the industry and within Keller Williams. Rory will present all the things to consider and to enable you to grow and succeed as a seasoned estate agent.
- Mindset morning – Get into the right gear if you are feeling like you are in neutral today. Mindset morning is all about your WHY which drives your what and your how. All colleagues are always welcome.
Then we have the quarterly sessions
These are the regular quarterly training sessions. So if you miss one it will come along next month. In addition to that there are set topics that will be covered on a 6-monthly and a 12-month basis. The markets, your personal performance, the 6 Pillars of success and this is deep but extremely meaningful. I got a lot out of this.
