  2. See problems as opportunities. Don’t stay safe on the sidelines! There are bigger rewards when you are in the thick of things. Be present. Be in the game, every single day.
  3. Focus on living with certainty in uncertain times. Continually play the offence every single day! Stay strong and commit to your numbers. Manage your expenses now more than ever. And are your systems and processes working?
  4. Listen more than ever. God gave us 2 ears and 1 mouth. Ask better questions. Listen to the answers. Asking better questions helps your clients get to the right answers. And they will make better decisions.
  5. Live outside of your comfort zone! This needs to be a strategy and a focus. Be comfortable in an uncomfortable market. Control your calendar, your systems, your expenses and your capacity.
  6. Live with certainty. Do what matters most. Don’t squirrel your time away (from the movie Up). Stay in control, stay focussed. Know your priorities. Know your numbers. Spend your energy and your time wisely.

  • Do the maths. How many more people should you be talking to in order to achieve your business objectives? Doing what you have always done will not help you achieve your goals in the current market.  Be the one that goes further.
