It’s easy to refine a comm structure. It’s easy to cut this and paste that. Yes, it will hurt a traditional agency model under threat to cut comm. But this cost of R10k+ is hardly worth me sacrificing 30% of my commission to outsource the most important piece of my business. My Admin. Admin is my cost and I am not outsourcing that for all the money in the world.
Hire the wrong Admin resource, and your business dies. Remunerate an Admin resource incorrectly and you will hit your earnings ceiling and your profit margin faster than you think.
