Trust me I love tech and the best way to secure my future in the real estate industry is to future-proof my business with technology. It’s not scary and honestly its easy to work and simple to master. I think what I love about the KW tech is the CRM platform. It took me a long time to trust that my data was my data and that nobody could ever see my data. I tested this from all angles and I can say my biggest concern is now my smallest concern. It’s also nicely backed up. And I can run my business from my phone because it’s fully integrated. KW Command is CRM on steroids. I create my own campaigns, that go out when I want them to go out. I say what I like, I add pretty little pictures, and my photo is included. My contact info is presented. I build the relationships with my clients and my future colleagues. I decide what medium. Let’s touch on business automation. Every time you get a new listing you do the same thing over and over again and hope that you don’t get too busy to remember to collect all the FICA docs, remind your seller about cancelling their bond or even providing the info for your trusted suppliers who can do an ECC for your client that you trust. You see with the KW Command campaigns, that’s just a case of planning what you want to automate. The rest as we call it is set and forget. That way I don’t have to worry about forgetting something because I got too busy. It just gets done, whether it is raining, hailing the sun is shining or if I am on holiday. My clients love it and my level of service goes up a notch.

Local and international training

I say this without reservation.  We do have seasoned agents who left KW Select but trust me the good ones always come back.  I have 2 examples where our seasoned agents came back, and this month alone, Luan and Dani.  Both are strong seasoned estate agents who left for bigger and better promises.  Both are back and in the space of 1 year.  If we knew then what we know now.  Dani has capped in her first 6 months back at KW Select.  And yes, it’s all about the CAP. Let’s try the CAP on.

It’s honestly all about CAPPING.  When you cap you reach the threshold that KW Select sets in terms of the maximum, they can earn from your commission which is R140,000.  Nothing more, nothing less.  Every time you submit a deal when you start at KW Select, we start on 70/30.  Every little 30% gets added together and nicely tracked and easy to find so you know how you are tracking if you are CAPPING potential.  When those 30%’s get to R140,000 you CAP.  Meaning you then for the remainder of your year earn 92/8.  6% Royalties apply and a 2% growth share.  The R140,000 CAP is per year so if you start with KW Select in March you will be working within 12 months and you want to hit your R140,000 as quickly as possible so that you can earn 92% of all your commission. You see, if you are a seasoned superstar, you must remember that KW Select cannot earn more than R140,000 of your commission in 1 year! FACT.

Growth share if you bring a team of estate agents
